摘 要 为给单环刺螠(U.unicinctus)的苗种生产提供有效的基础资料,本文研究了水温对单环刺螠胚胎发育的影响。结果表明:单环刺螠各胚胎发育期的发育速度(h)随水温(T)升高而加快,有明显的正相关性。求得胚胎发育的生物学零度为平均2℃。不同水温条件下,各期幼虫期的存活率以20℃为最高,培育水温高于或低于20℃时生存率逐渐降低。幼虫培育适宜温度为
15~20℃。

Studies on the Seed Production of Urechis unicinctus Ⅰ. Influence of Water Temperature on Embryonic Developmentand Larval Rearing

Abstract In order to obtain the basic data for effective seed production of Urechis unicinctus, the influence of water temperature on the embryonic development and the growth of larvae were investigated during the period from March 20 to May 16,2000. The results show that the developmental speed of each embryonic development stage was increasing with rising water temperature. The relationships between the water temperature (T, ℃) and the required time (h, hour) in each embryonic developmental stage were notable. The highest rate of survival was obtained at 20℃ of water temperature. The opportune temperature of larval rearing was 15~20℃. When the larval rearing temperature was over 20℃ or below 15℃, the larval survival rate reduced with rising temperature or dropping temperature. The biological zero degree was 2℃.
